Standard paper or drop cloths tear easily and fail to provide moisture or impact resistance.

1. Vinyl Protection Sheet – Heavy Duty

Designed for demanding job sites, our opaque vinyl protection sheet creates a resilient barrier over finished floors, tiles, and sensitive interior surfaces. Unlike standard paper or film, vinyl provides structural strength alongside complete moisture isolation. It also gives the appearance of real flooring rather than a construction protection sheet; most of the commercial customers (like hospitals, shopping malls, offices, etc.) prefer this option.

  • Standard Thickness: Available in 0.5 mm, 0.7 mm & 1mm options.

  • Roll Coverage: 1.83 m × 27 m (6 ft × 90 ft) per roll.

  • Water & Moisture-Proof: Non-porous construction prevents paint, liquid spills, mud, and site chemicals from penetrating to the floor beneath.

  • Key Benefit: Outperforms traditional carpet protection on sites exposed to wet conditions or heavy foot traffic, offering high tear resistance and simple sweep-and-wipe maintenance.

This vinyl protection sheet comes in 0.5 mm, 0.7 mm & 1mm. The major advantage of vinyl protection over carpet protection is that it is water- and moisture-proof.

 

2. PVC Clear Protection Sheet – Heavy Duty

Engineered for spaces where visual inspection or existing floor aesthetics must remain clear during works or events. This high-density clear sheet provides heavy-duty impact protection without hiding the surface below.

  • Standard Thickness: 2.0 mm thick solid PVC construction.

  • Roll Coverage: 1.37 m × 18 m per roll.

  • Key Features:

    • High Tensile & Tear Strength: Built to absorb direct impacts, dropped tools, and heavy equipment wheeling.

    • Temperature & Flexibility Rated: Retains flexibility down to -22 °C without cracking or degrading.
